Bi-amping is best with an active crossover, but it is not necessary if your internal crossovers are in there. Just put an amp on each pair of binding posts (separated, of course).

The switch just removes RP1 (which adjusts the Power Supply upper rail voltage) from the circuit, so the supply is running with fixed resistors. I think this will up the voltage a little.
It should sound like it isn't there!

Wow guys, I added pics of my gear but they are HUGE
I'm so sorry, these are the same pictures I posted at AK and they didn't come out that big. Actually at AK they are just thumnail size. What happened here I don't know. Should I delete them or what??

Just wanted to menton realquick that me second M-400, well 1st M-400 but 2nd Carver 400 Power Amo arrived today =D> Yeah,
I'm gonna switch amps and use it alone for a day or 2 and see how she measures up. \:D/
