Need help for repairing center in Bayarea, CA

Hi, everyone,

My first time here seeking help for my Preamp CT-24 recent problem. When set balance to right channel, it has a sound leaking even turning the volume down all the way to zero. Try to turn it up but music become high distortion. Left channel is fine though. Does anyone ever has this issue ? I live in the Bayarea, CA. Anyone knows places where i can have it fixed. THANK YOU.

I bought one of those brand new and the only problem I see with them is the cheap gold plated connection jacks. For the price of repair, you could buy another, or probably upgrade to higher quality such as a CT-7 or CT-17 for a little more.
In reality, it only matters what it sounds like to YOU!!!

I agree with Kingman, you can pick them up for 100-130 bucks, not really worth paying repair cost. It does sound like the right output is cracked. Good luck
