Hi from the Newbie

Hi everybody,

I'm Charlie in Savannah, GA, 56 years old, started collecting my carver system off Ebay a couple of years ago. I finally have some of the equipment I drooled over but couldn't afford back in the 80's and it sounds great-- will post pics soon. I'm glad to be here to share this psychosis with you.

Welcome to the forum. So you say you have OCCD, Obsessive Carver Collection Disorder? If so you came to the right place.

Re: Hi from the Newbie

Oh yeah, that must be what I have:
I just bought another TFM-25 on Ebay even though I have no place for it in my system and I've had terrible luck buying amps on Ebay.
What's the prognosis, Doc?

Re: Hi from the Newbie

Welcome,

I'm going through the OCCD right now. I'm hoping some of my bids come through.

Re: Hi from the Newbie

Yep...You might just have OCCD. Buying Carver equipment and not even having an idea what you are going to use if for. I have been there and done that.
Some cool Carver stuff!

Re: Hi from the Newbie

You know you've got the OCCD bad when you're on Ebay and you skip the bid and jump on the "buy it now" price. Just posted pics in the List Your System forum.
