Post by buggytom » Fri Dec 09, 2005 12:33 am

Hi
I am new here. I just aquired a carver tfm 35 power amp that I am in the process of repairing. What Preamp would be a good match?
Thanks Tom

Whatever sounds best to YOU. Personally, I prefer tube pre amps.
Political Correctness...defined

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I am personally looking for a C-19 Preamp for a new system I am building. I already have a C-4000 that I bought a very long time ago and it still works very well.

I am currently putting the tfm 35 thru a marantz reciver as a pre amp. That is not sounding too good.
