Another CarverAudio newbie

My Carver bona fides are:
M400a purchased new, used to drive a pair of Altec 411-8As, driven from a Luxman L-309 preamp stage through a DeCoursey Engineering Laboratory active crossover @ 120 Hz. Luxman power stage used to drive JBL L26s.
HR-752 (eBay) driving a pair of JBL ND-310s in my garage.
MXR-130 (eBay) awaiting repair.

I'm an experienced electronics technician and long-time music lover with rather catholic tastes; also a recently converted Klipschophile.

Thanks for all the greetings! I'll try not to be too obnoxious and opinionated, though those of you who recognize my nom de web from other fora know what an effort that can be. I sometimes tend to lurk too much, as I avoid comment where I don't feel I'm making a real contribution. The exception is where I see an easy setup and cannot resist a coup de grace.
