I thought about upgrading the drivers... the one bottoms out every now and again. Must be getting weak.

2 of anything will be an "upgrade" anf give you a ton more headroom.
There has been a few threads on here of what amps people prefer on the ribbons, and what amps they prefer on the subs.
But it will really come down to "What sounds good to you"
