have purachesed a 4000t to go with my pm9oo and polk sda 1cs need a owners manual for the 4000t lots of sonic holigraphy going on here. system sounds great just with my button pushing. hawkshah , bad river wisc

Long ago we had "reverb" units. It was a door spring type thing that gave an excellent echo.
It was cool, but these days I just try to get the original sound - very complicated. The more I learn, the more questions I have.
Damn, listening to music is so complicated.

ok trying to learn this post thing ran a sansui 717 pre amp only into a pm900 into polk sda ics. the polks with there sda are great sounding speakers . a plug here for polks , agree with everything posted, still the sansui died. the 4000t off ebay came with no owners manual. is there a place to download an owners manual for a 4000t. also looking at ebay carver eqpt cds,amps,preamps. a lot of it appears broken or not doing this or that . anything good or bad stories or is it only carver vs carver people bidding on broken eqpt.

old ass rocker here. was six years between death of sansui au-717 and purchase of 4000t last xmas. nothing new here guys wife hates the system all over again. carver 4000t-pm900-polk sda-1cs. matthew polk designs speakers like BOB does amps. they are truly amazing they will make anthing sound good.would love to get tube cd player sda 490t but trying to get 500 to 600 past tonedeaf wife near impossible.right now would like to go up to pm1200 or 1400 to run the polks the used ones out there look reasably priced.right now the 4000t out preforms the old sansui au717 so every things good. 490t to tube preamp to those two red tube monsters. hymmm insurance $ for tonedeaf. shit only kidding.
