You are correct, there is not much out there on the web for this model. Do you know what year it is? Something is telling me Phoenix Gold sold this under the Carver Digital name, but I could be wrong. Maybe the old timers will chime in and clarify for you.

The PM-200 looks to be an ORIGINAL Carver built amp... not PG built.
Here is the owners manual for the amp: http://www.carveraudio.com/manuals/pm-200-OM.pdf
You can see on the 2nd page it says:
"MODEL PM-200
Low Feedback/High Headroom Magnetic-Field Power Amplifier

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read carefully!
This amplifier was originally manufactured by Carver Corporation. There are

Thanks for the welcome. Also the manual - it really helps. There was one online that was incomplete and pretty useless.
Would anyone have a schematic or parts list available? I'm thinking of recapping it, due to age, if I can get reasonably priced screw terminal caps. Otherwise I might use it for a sub amp or a PA amp. If I can recap it, it might make a good 2 channel amp.

That is very interesting James, maybe that is why I could not find much on this model. Even AudioGon did not list it and now I see why. It says this amp is a commercial grade amp and the main purpose is for running a PA system or connect to a mixing console or where instruments may be used. I don't know if using this amp sticky for a conventional 2-channel set-up may not be the use this amp was designed for?
