Welcome to the club !!!

It looks like you have a great start with the amps... You'll never want for more there !
The receiver, and CD player should work well for you.
The JL Fathom... heheheh if you haven't heard one yet, make sure you go to the bathroom 1st, and put your seat belt on for that ride.

As far as the Strada's... I might suggest you getting your ears on a set of the Sunfire Cinema Ribbons before go for the Strada's
I think you would be very pleasantly surprised at what you hear.

There's a 7.1 set of Sunfire ribbons on eBay right now for about half off retail. That setup would be sure to rock the house for music and movies. If you don't like the sub you could always sell it to help fund the purchase of the jl audio. You should be able to resell the sub for atleast $1,100. My 2 cents. good luck!!!

Welcome to the Forum. I am also considering the Marantz AV-7005. If you like to read, here is a link below regarding users of AV-7005. Been following for some time. I am waiting for it to be on the market for a while before pulling the trigger. Should be steeply discounted in a number of months. \:D/

The little Sunfires are simply amazing for their size. Definitely give them a listen.

What is your budget for speakers? There are some pretty astute forum members   which can give some good recommendations.  Since speakers are subjective, I would try and give a listen, if at all possible, before pulling the trigger.

Actually, we have 5 working Lightstar amps, and all the boards and transformers to build or repair 4 more. To be honest, we don't have a single one hooked up to anything. 2 are still in their boxes for the last 2 years.

We have way too many toys right now. ](*,)
