Sunfire Repairs n troubleshooting

Hello. I was sent here at the suggestion of some folks at audio asylum to get help. Not that kind of help.
I own a pair of Magnepan 3.6s that sounded fantastic being driven by my Sunfire Signature Amp (625 wpc into 8 ohms) preamped through my Sunfire TGPIII. Both have failed for unknown reasons. I spoke with Roland? In Washington about sending the amp in for triage, before realizing that both units were dead. Now I'm thinking maybe I should not invest in them as I'd be spending over $600 in shipping and analysis fees alone, with no promises.

Are there any other options? I live in SoCal near San Diego. Since both failed at the same time, and there are no blown fuses I am befuddled.

I also own a Sony 777 ES SACD/CD, a good vinyl playback system plus Simaudio Moon P5 and W5 driving Paradigm Studio 100s. They cannot touch the Maggie/Sunfire combo. I've nearly completed the task of turning all my music into WAV files and was planning on using the TGPiii for DAC from my MacBook. Now I'm looking at needing a good DAC as well as new amplification and not having any fun in the meantime.

Repair or replace????? Is Roland the only one repairing Sunfire Signatures?

Otherwise, let me be first to show desire in owning the amplifier. Tell you what, i would swap a working sunfire pre for your pre and amp. Cheers and good luck with it all.

If you've reached out to Bill, does he have any business contact info other than the phone number noted, such as an email?
Thanks!
