I have owned the AVR 100 for 16 years. Never a problem. Spoken to customer service a few times with tech questions and they were always very good. I just can't find any fault with my Carver experience. When the time comes I'll be buying the Sunfire Ultimate Receiver. I know it's expensive, but based on my experience it's worth it.
