Geez, I'll try to get some up tonight or tomorrow. In the meantime I came home this afternoon, turned on the Fosgate Signature and gave it 30 to warm up and took Kingdom Come's debut for a spin. Whoa....couldn't have been 5 seconds in to realize the Spatials were hitting hard today. This is a very dynamic set of loudspeakers. Bass has serious slam, vocals are right where I think they need to be and the highs (like I can hear them) are as good as I've heard them in this rig. 80s power rock at it's absolute best.

Its going to be used equipment when I sell it, so it may as well be used equipment when I buy it.

The M3s just keep getting better. More pics coming when I finish cleaning. Got all those boxes lying about. Now to see if they'll fit in the car. It would suck to have to leave them home.

As advertised the M3s performance keeps improving. I've piddled with placement and baffle tilt to dial them in to my seating position. They are really great speakers. Some folks that own them remark the soundfield is a bit flat but I've not noticed that to hold any truth in my room, but that may be due to Yggdrasil is in the mix. I don't know fer shur. I do know the bass is even more articulate than it was early on. This past weekend Sherry and I were in Pittsburgh at 'Music to My Ear' digging some serious headphones and some of them were further up the food chain cost wise than the M3s are and the M3s beat them hands down in the bass articulation/tonal quality category. I have to admit that did surprise me a bit.

Right now I'm listening to Johnny Cash in Prague, a live recording. I continue to be impressed with vocal performances from the M3s and this recording is no exception. I heard the Eagles earlier and JJ Cale. Gotta love those voices. Going to throw some Francis Sinatra on in a bit.

Y'all have a good night...I am

I heard back from Clayton Shaw this week about my proposed mods for my Spatial M3 Turbos. I will be installing a 1.5 uf Mundorf SGO cap in the crossover. I want to breathe more depth in the soundfield and my research leads me to believe this is the mod to do it. He suggested a Mundorf resistor in the signal path also to tame the highs. I like them as is so I'm on the fence about that.

They went fast, I was going to go check them out then they were gone! It was a good price, should have jumped to on it before asking questions!
