HELP!!

Does anyone have any idea as to how to Re-program (other than sending it to another Lightstar Member) my PRH-2 that now says (error) and won`t even turn on my Preamp!
Will another remote like a Logitech be able to have the correct codes without sending mine to someone? HELP!!!

Logitechs Do work however on a Limited basis. Everything except Balance will function, WHEW. Anyone any closer to me than Florida that would be willing to program a remote for me? I`m in Phoenix.

My advice is to get a different remote. The old PHR2's wll loose everything if you leave the batteries out for more than 4-5 minutes I think.
I hated mine, and junked it.

Logitech's Carver codes SUCK !!! I bought the $500 touchscreen remote, and the thing was a total POS !!!
I took it back to the store the next day.

All the MX remotes that Sunfire use, seem to be very stable, and work very well.
I suggest getting one off eBay, program it, and forget about it.
Custom codes are saved to the memory, so if you take the batteries out, it still retains the custom codes later.
