Picked up an amp and preamp...

I picked up an old M-1.5t and CT-6 broken today...
I've already fixed the amp, bad filter caps destabilizing the power supply, and the preamp needs some selector ic's which I'll have to order.
Will these make a good compliment to the 'carver original loudspeakers' I picked up and fixed last week? (see post in speakers)
I do have a larger power amp that i was planning on restoring for driving these but I think i could have these carver pieces ready much sooner.

I had the 4.0T at 375 a side and thought i was ok. Recently though I got a set of Silver 9 T's. The difference was amazing(no pun intended). The bass response was really improved. These amps are 550 a side. these speakers really need power to operate properly. they can easily handle more power than my blocks provide.

I've since upgraded to a big-assed Audionics. Easily 1 kwrms all channels driven. I haven't decided what I'm going to do with the 1.5t yet.
