I have had mine since they first came out here in Carver-Land and it has never failed me.......connected to the M 1.0t and M 400 (and Carver TX-11, SD/A 490t, C-9)

How many times have you replaced your tubes and what brands are you using?

I got my c-19 from a member here and it was sent to rolland. He put new tubes in it for me and re-did a few things.When I got it home, hooked it up, I never opened up to see what he put in it! It just sounded right and never bothered to look. I am using it with a sunfire sigII on amazing originals. I can take a look and see what he put in there this weekend.
The phono pre is fantastic actually. I sold my Pro-Ject tube box II SE after I heard the phone pre on here.

I'm using JAN Philips 6922's and Sovtek 12AX7LPSin my Sunfire Classic Vacuum tube preamp. I have a bunch of nos Amperex 6dj8 tubes I haven't gotten around to trying in my Sunfire preamp yet.

I really like Amperex 6DJ8/6922/E88CCs. Some are better than others, but they are all good.
It should sound like it isn't there!

I have some Amperex 6dj8's (orange world globe with halo getter) running in my SD/A 390t cd player. The sound is jaw dropping.

I'm using GE fluorescent all over the house; 12, 14, 15 watt. There are a sprinkling in 60 & 100 watt incandescent as well....

I'm using Amperex E88CC's in mine. Great tubes with a really nice soundstage and smooth full spectrum output.

On second thought, they are RCA E88CC. I think they are made by Jan/Phillips. Much better than the Sovtek tubes Rolland installed when he re-furbed my C-19. I'm using Amperex 6922's in my 490t.

Are your 6922 white label PQ's?
