MY SD/A 390T

Hi guys, my 390t is starting to skip once in a while, thinking it needs the laser cleaned but not quite sure how to do it, think thats the problem? or should I just send it out to rita for a tune up? let me know what you guys think, thanks, frenchguy :-)

I haven't torn mine apart but you could first try one of those insertion cd's that have fluid and the little brushes on them. Around $5.
In reality, it only matters what it sounds like to YOU!!!

PURE alcohol (NOT rubbing alcohol!) & a cue tip will take care of it. about 6-7 screws will pop the top, then there's a screw in the center that holds the CD stabilizer on. Remove that & you'll have clear access to the lens.

Don't use alcohol... Very Bad for plastics.

Get this stuff... It's MADE FOR PLASTICS.
the blue one cleans and polishes plastic... It also cleans anodized aluminum AMAZINGLY

I used a Clear Plastic lens cleaner on my 390t and its Rock-in and Rollin...
I also took my Blower and used low but enough pressure to clean out the Dust - Look like New now \:D/ \:D/ \:D/
