CARVER SD/A 390t IT'S MINE!!!!!!!

Just wanted to let everybody know I am now the proud owner of a mint Carver SD/A 390t cd player. O:) I popped in some nos Amperex 6dj8's burned them in for about a week and WOW!!!!! I have really been missing out! My SD/A 360 was good but this is a whole new ball game! A will soon be seeking professional help to pull me away from my system!!! Who needs to eat away? :lol:

Congratulations! I love my my Jolida, the tubes really do make a difference in the sound.

Already got a Sunfire Classic tube preamp I knew the 390t would make a difference but WOW!!!!!!! I think the nos tubes helped too.

JBL XPL200's. They 4 ways with a titanium tweeter, 3" titanium upper mid, 61/2" lower mid/upper bass, and a 12" woofer. I have pictures posted on the welcome mat.

Sorry...brain fart!!!!! I'm using the AL III's...with the 600x2 instead of the Lightstar. I find them.......pleasureable!!!! 8) 8) 8)

That's ok I heard the Lighstar and the Sunfire almost sound the same. The Lightstar more nuetral and the Sunfire more toward the warm side. I'm quite satisfied with my set up too but I plan to upgrade my turntable soon. I have my eye on a Music Hall MMF-9.1.
