Good Karma 6250

Call it good karma or what goes around, comes around. Either way I now have a Carver 6250. I was helping out a audio newbie that contacted me about some SAE gear he bought on Ebay that had some issues. I had the guy come over and we talk about gear while I fixed his stuff. While he was here, he like the SAE C102 cassette sitting on a shelf. I don't use cassettes anymore and hadn't turned it on in years, so we test it out, gave it a clean bill of health and I gave it to him. Well he didn't forget that good deed and came by this evening to give me a Carver 6250 he picked up as part of a package deal he made. It pays to be nice.

That is sweet. I've always wanted one of those. That was the first piece of carver gear I heard.

Yes this thing is almost mint. I do need to hit the controls with some Deoxit, but other than some light cleaning, this thing is pristene.
