Amplifier stands.....

Anyone have a source for amp stands or something that you did yourself that you would share? With a pair of Silver 7T's coming its time to park those bad boys next to my Klipsch! I was thinking maybe along the lines of some maple blocks, but maybe that doesn't go with all my black gear.... so lets see some ideas!

Granite slabs, black in color would look awesome withe the Silver 7t's on them

here is the start of my amp table...
went to lowes looking for material to make a table, I let my daughter pick the color, she found some pinkish white polished granite, and for the edge we picked a 12x12 sheet of small glass squares, she picked a platinum color.....had to order this.
going to use mdf for the body of the table, next week I will cut some legs out of stainless, then over the weekend we will put this together....
trying to get my kid into audio.....
I have a ton of extra stuff to set her up with a system that will kick ass, plus it will drive her mother nuts....

AVRisers is going to have to get into amp stands. I can do a better job than BBs ! No offense Eddie but those things need some end caps on those tubes !

those are sweet and juicy like these nutz....but a little pricey! $700 / pair = YIKES!

Dave those are not cracked glass! May look like it from that angle and I do need to find some covers for those tubes just have not gotten to it yet!
