Building is good as you can taylor it to your needs and budget.

You can go all out like Ward or simple like me.

Imagination is the key.

I am well aware of the price of the amps.- That is just a bunch of money for what they are is all...
The stands are not going to add anything to the sound....unless you compare them to a wobbly milk crate.

You could buy a pair of these and have money left for a spare set of tubes... 8)

I have to disagree with that.

I have to disagree with that.

If an expensive amp stand changes the sound for YOU- that is all that matters! O:)

Re: Amplifier stands.....

I wouldn't call $350.00 for an high quality amp stand expensive. If you haven't seen one in person or used one....well then, you just don't know how good they are.

Re: Amplifier stands.....

F1nut,
I do agree that tube amps need to be isolated- but, that is what sorbothane, isolation spikes and maple wood blocks are for. Any electronics stand no matter the manufacturing procedure or cost will no doubt have a resonant frequency.

No I have not had the opportunity to hear those stands in action. They do look really nice though-
Cheers!
