Standard Sunfire meters are supposed to read 380 Joules...
Signature models are supposed to sit at 480 joules. Any variations could be your power or meters that need calibration~

I'm betting that if you know what you're doing, you can set that meter to be anything you want it to be. There is probably a trim pot in there to calibrate the meter. I can make M-500t meters read clipping with almost no input.
It should sound like it isn't there!

Looks like it is a Signature Version, I took a second look and saw the gold speaker binding post.

You can set whatever you want it, the meter. May be where the trim pot calibration meter. I can let M - 500T meter reading cut almost no input...
