Well, this was the first year we didn't do just that. That tube amp build kinda took CF off into left field. Whenever we did hook it up in that configuration, the sound improved. Less is more.

In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.

The best way to enjoy digital music reproduction is to never listen to a good analogue reproduction.

put in a $399 offer on a new dared preamp & the guy accepted it so going to take my ct-17 & put it with my tfm42 in the mancave & use the dared with my carverfest amp & getting some new tubes for it after talking to george! all should be well again!!! \:D/

gave my rollandized tfm 42 a real test with my ct-17 & my 390t tonight!! I'll I can say is damn!!! this thing rocks!!! worth every penny!! didnt expect it would be this good!! 10 times better then running cd straight to amp!! would not think so but it is!!! the neighbors are not gonna be happy!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: very happy camper!! \:D/ \:D/

I assume that these will replace the capacitors installed in the amplifier, or in some way to join? Polypropylene bypass capacitors will do it for you?
