Rack mounting TFM45

I am wanting to rack mount my TFM45. Middle Atlantic lists a custom plate for a TFM35x. Is there any chance Carver used the same size case for both the 35 and 45? I cannot remember ever seeing the two next to each other. The dimensions listed on this site do not appear to be correct at least for the 45 (It shows 3.5" high the amp is actually 4.5 which coincidentally is what is listed for the 35) I am willing to take the gamble they are the same and order but any help you guys could give would be appreciated. I also would like to have the amp serviced. I am getting a turn off thump that did not used to be there and the meter lights do not light. Does anyone have suggestions for a qualified tech to send it out to? One last thing. I also am looking for a rack mount kit for a M500t.

Re: Rack mounting TFM45
I just happen to have a 35x and a 45 right next to each other now. Bob Carver's Audio service in Snohomish WA is where I take all my gear.

The 35x is 16 & 15/16" wide, 3 & 15/16" tall, not counting the feet and approx. 14 & 1/2" deep, including binding post and without rack handles.
The 45 body is 17 & 1/16" wide, 19" wide at the face, 4 & 7/8" tall, not counting the feet and approx. 13" deep without handles, including the binding posts, 14 & 1/2" with handles.

Re: Rack mounting TFM45
Thanks you just saved me some cash. Back to the drawing board. Anyone ever rack mount a 45?
Re: Rack mounting TFM45
I have never seen rack mount kits for any of the larger TFM amplifiers. Carver did sell a line of Professional series amplifiers, PM & PT models, probably more and a lot of them were very similar to their home audio counter parts. It might take a little research, unless someone here knows already, but I'm sure you could find one that works.
