Carver M-1.0t and the m-1.5t???

Hi, I am looking into buying the carver m-1.0t for driving my two front JBL speakers(250 watts r.m.s.) with the amp. I already purchased the carver AV-634 for my center and surrounds.Are there any pros and cons about buying this amp?Another question is stated earlier that my speakers are 250 watts rms and would it hurt them if I bought a m-1.5t (350 watts per channel) versus the m-1.0t (200 watts per channel)?? What are some pros and cons about both. But I would really like to know if the m-1.5t would work with my jbl's if the amp has more power than the speakers. Thank You, mike

I am not a technical expert, but from everything I read and heard when I was shopping for my Carver and JBL's is that underpowering speakers is worse than overpowering and overpowering them is actually the situation you want - just don't turn the volume up too far. I have the M1.0t powering the JBL L100's and they sound great.
