CARVER TL-3200 Compact Disk Player ?????????

Is this a good cd player? Any special features like DTL (digital time lense) or any of the carver goodies? What is it worth in mint condition? Thanx

I just sold an individual a TL-3300 in mint condition, with owners manual, remote, and original box and packing, for $110 + shipping. I was the original owner, purchased in 1992. A competent cd player, but not groundbreaking anymore.
