They are both a carousel style, and one had a more modern look. I have a 360 and it has been great for about 3 years, but in the last year is has developed troubles...the tray will not stay open (opens and then imdeiately closes...) and sometimes it wont play. From day one the optical out sometimes cuts out. I need to get it serviced....but regardless, it has some great sound quality....and is very easy to use.
