Hi guys,
I am thinking about buying another M1.o amp. My ques is, If I bridge them can I still drive less than a 8 ohm load or not? It says 1000 watts into 8, but my speakers are 6 ohm.
Thanks for any help

Re: M1.ot amp quest.?
Depends on HOW HARD you intend to drive them. What speakers? What is your usual listening volume?
It's not GENERALLY recommended, but it does depend on circumstances. If the speakers are bi-amp ready, that would probably be a better way to go.

Re: M1.ot amp quest.?
I now have Klipsch RF35 floor standing, but am looking at possibly some Martin Logan Aerious's.
Just wasn't sure? Thank you!

Re: M1.ot amp quest.?
You would MELT the RF-35s with a pair of bridged M-1.0t's, good possibility still with a single amp in stereo. The M-1.0t is a VERY under-rated amplifier. 200 watts per channel with 3db headroom ='s a 400 watt amp. A single M-1.0t will easily drive the Klipsch's, not sure about the Logan's though.
