Rack handles for an AV-705x, anyone?

Does anyone know where I can get a set of rack handles for an AV-705x. Got a UPS special delivered yesterday...they really did a number on it. Fortunately it's built like a tank and that's good because it looks like it's been in a war. The only fixable damage is probably the rack handles and I'd much appreciate any help or leads. Many thanks.

Bill, didn't the seller insure the package????

I wouldn't be surprised if he charged you for it and didn't actually follow through with it. That has happened to me before, and thank god nothing happened to the stuff I bought.
