S-Video Pre-Amps / Receivers

Hey guys, I've been in the background for a while, just bought a CM-1090 (very cool looking unit, me likes), so now I have that, a CM-1065, 2 A500X's & a A753X, I was wondering though, aside from the C1000A & the HR895, are there any Carver Pre-Amps (V), or Receivers that have multiple S-Video connections?

A Sunfire by another name! That's Carver "Digital" aka Phoenix Gold re-branding a Sunfire TGP-III

Wonder if these are US or Chinese built units. Wasn't the Carver C-1000 also a rebranded Sunfire unit; a receiver I think? It also had 3 or 4 S-Video inputs on the back.

I think the C-1000a was a Sunfire Theater Grand Receiver (1). There seems to be a lot of incestuous behavior between all of these companies.

I know my Sunfires (TGP-III & 400x7) were built in Snohomish, WA. That doesn't mean that Phoenix Gold didn't farm the manufacturing out to China for their copy.

Just ran through all of the info and pics I have on the Carver C and CT series of preamps and I can't find a single one that even has an S-Video input

Do you have any pics of CT-NNv stuff (like the CT-26v, CT-27v or CT-29v)? I'm betting on the CT-29v having S-video.

No pics of the back of a CT-29V in my stuff, but the CT-26V and CT-27V don't look to have S-Video inputs

The C-20v has the S video input & outputs.

I think I found what I need, the C-29V has S-Video in / ouputs. - Anyone have one in good condition with working remote they'd want to part with? - By the way, what happened to the classifieds section?

You have to meet the minimum post count (50) to be able to view the classified section. This was put in effect to stop hit & run members from selling their wares.

Do you mean the CT-29v or the C-29v which I can't find any information on at all?

Really? - that's lame... I used that section quite alot, now I have to wait a while to see it, that's retarded...
