490t door problem

My 490t remote doesn't have an "open/close" button....does the 390t remote have one? While not a permanent fix, if you leave a CD in the tray that usually cures the sticking problem.....do the rubber band thing for a permanent cure.....

Just for ....... I was saying the brand is Sylvania. Now if you take under consideration the sounds from TranSylvania the sound effects would be perfect.

Interesting! It seems they are different remotes/layout for each model of the two (390t/490t). Yes, there is an "Open/Close" button on the 390t remote. The other functions look much the same --although there is also a "skip disc" button since the 390t is a 5-disc changer.
