Could someone tell me how to add a picture. Art(advocate of any K.I.S.S instruction)

Art, when you add or edit a post, if you scroll down you will see a section called Upload Attachments. Browse to where you picture is the hit the Add the file button. Once it has finished uploading place your cursor where you want the image in your text and hit he Place Inline button. Done!!!

PS: try and keep picture to a maximum of 1000 pixels wide rather than the 3 to 5,000 pixels your camera can deliver (shrink them first)

I am "assuming" that you are using Windows as your OS. Open the picture with Microsoft Office Picture Manager (or whatever photo editing software you use) and use the Reduce or Resize function and save the picture under a new name.
