Carver C-1000 & C-1000a, Difference?
Does anyone know the difference between the C-1000 and the C-1000a?

Please only list your questions in 1 forum... there is no need to post the same question in multiple places... I don't want to answer it in 2 or 3 places 
From what I recall the only real difference between the C-1000 and the C-1000a was... the C-1000 is or 6.1 and the C-1000a is either 7.1
There may be a few other small differences, but that was the major one.

C - 1000 vs C - 1000A
Toy Maker I think your very close. I have the C-1000 and it is 5.1 and I think the C-1000A is 6.1.
Fmakride, I am experiencing problems with my receiver so beware of buying the C-1000 or potentially the C-1000A. Test all functions before you take it home!
Stay in touch in the repairs forum for my updates as I get to the bottom of my problems.
