Bob needs your prayers, support...

Last week, Bob took a bit of a tumbleand is now suffering a bit of a relapse of a childhood injury. He is in a fair amount of pain, caused by a disc in his lower back. He has made a few trips to the doctor, and will be going in next week to see a specialist or two. He is in great spirits and seems to be enjoying the Vicodin for the moment, but he is more than eager to get this episode behind him.

I do have his address for those interested in sending along a get well wish.

I know all about lower back pain. I actually have two bulging and one slipped disc and I have to very careful what I do. I wish Mr. Carver well and a speedy recovery.

fyi: "bulging" disks mostly caused by lack of trace minerals (which weakens these elastic members and causes them to fail under stress level that they normally would not). The body actually needs virtually every element in the periodic table for something...and we used to get all these from foods (from the soil which is now depleted of these mins except for the "essential" few that are put back in each growing cycle).

No help to Bob right now of course, but could help prevent future ruptures. For now he's getting the one legimate use for drugs for disease treatment: pain management!
