Re: Carverfest 2011 CD
Thanks for your kind comments guys!
I really hope you can find some cuts that you enjoy.
This CD I knew was a bit more off the beaten path and more of a risk musically than the '08. But its the kind of cuts that I find to both be musically fun and yet have the quality to show a system strengths and weaknesses. I've been listening to all these artists regularly.
The idea, buy the way, is to let you sample some artists or music that you may not know and have the info to be able to find the album and actually purchase it! And then on top that, have the music have the quality so that you can talk on the forum to others about how a particular part sounds and have them be able to sample the same too.
Out of our audio get togethers around here, after the fun of a bunch of audiophools, the next best thing is learning of new music to go after!

Was there cover art for this one, Mark?
It should sound like it isn't there!

Yes...I'd snagged the nice photo of the CF amp. That seemed to fit the theme of the year and turned out that way more than we knew!
The way the label printer program saves that stuff, I'm not sure if it's in a form that can be posted easy. For sure, it'd take the same exact label program to be usable.
