Re: MX130 one owner ***SOLD***

Damn - To my surprise i got a package today - TODAY. Was thinking Wednesday / Thursday. Going to be fun this week. Got the new Carver receiver, a Sony megadisc 300 CD disc changer, and some new-to-me Cerwin Vegas coming. By weekend, I will be ready for those DIY projects I have to get in gear for.

Fred you amazed me. Wish I had that "speed" with the repairs to my house recently.

You're welcome. That machine gave us years of pleasure, and it will continue to do so for you.

P.S. Don't throw the box and packing away. You may need it for moving, repairs, resale, etc. That's what attics are for.

Box not going anywhere. I have been informed who I am leaving it to when I fall in a pothole one day and he wants box as well. Aint no resale of this baby. Scuse me while I update my will.

In that case you may as well send it off to Roland for a refresh so it keeps playing for years to come !
I can't believe more people don't discuss these receivers; they really do sound nice. \:D/

Re: MX130 one owner ***SOLD***

So, how's it sound? Did you install the parts I sent with it?

I must confess, my new Peachtree is VERY CONVENIENT, allows for lots of FREE MUSIC, and it optically connects with my Carver CD changer and Carver tuner very well. But the tuner sucks compared to the tuner in my MX130.
