Beautiful...especially the wood grain and finish. "Anything but rectangular box" for speakers is s.w.e.e.t! (IMO) :lol:

LR: AudioEngine wireless link from family room preamp to Barcus-Berry 2002R Sonic Maximizer to GlowPower Zyxt IC's to Sunfire 300x2 to Nordost 6M bi-source wires to AOS 28" MDF spherical speakers using six 6.5" woofers and eight 1" dome tweeters symm. arranged around the surface.
SS system: CX-995V DVD to AV-634x 3-4 channel amp (center/rears) & M1.0t mk-II opt2(fronts).
Garage: 300 disk changer to Entech 202.5 DAC to MXR150 Receiver (pre) to TFM-42 to EPI 400 speakers.

Here are some replica Klipsch Cornwall III's I just built from scratch. The cabinets are Baltic birch veneered in waterfall bubinga.

Nice! I believe I seen those and commented on the Klipsch forum already but beautiful work!

I've been collecting parts for a build myself, want to build a more tower like speaker, a stretched Chorus 1 with rear firing ports but I cannot for the life of me find the k-48 Chorus woofers, I even spoke with Klipsch parts this morning and they got nothing.

From what I've been able to tell the Cornwall woofers require a 6.5 cu ft cabinet where the Chorus woofers only require 4.5 cu ft. Having owned and loved the Chorus bass already and in an effort to keep the cabinets as small as possible would really like hold out for the k-48's.

Anyway sorry for rambling.. again, beautiful work, I can only hope my build comes out half as good!
