Thanks for the warm welcome Gents. I would like to take this time to pose a question. One of my subs pops when playing, is there a way to repair this problem? and or replace the subwoofer? I have a pair of the ALS Platinum Editions in black piano finish

Check that the surround(s) haven't deteriorated. The foam on most is near shot by now...

This is the LIKELY reason for popping.
However, it could also be a partially melted/fused voice coil....
