PM950 parallel mono mode

I'm looking for help about this issue for long time, hoping you can help me with it.
My amp is a PM950 and I want to use it for my subwoofer in mono bridged mode.
But as it says in the user manual the bridged mono mode is not to be used for loads lower than 8 ohms and my speaker has 4 ohms of impendance.
I suppose I need to use the parallel mono mode though.
Reading in the manual for setting it into the Parallel Mono mode told me to contact the Carver Technical Service to get the Field
Application Bulletin pm700-1. This should describe the simple procedureof modyfing the amp.
How is this parallel mode to be enabled? (I only saw 3 options with the internal switch: Bridged, Normal, and Dual Mode) and how is the PM950 to be set correctly?
Does anyone has any experience with this, or knows where to find this field application bulletin?
I already asked many people but no one had an idea, so you're my last hope

Maybe I can find out something by examining the internal wiring closely.

When looking at Pro amps on the subject of mono, It's a hit or miss for the amps that are good at lower ohms. They are a few.
