Preamp choices for the Carver Tubes.

Well, it's crunch time now... I will be going to meet up with Bob at the end of the month/1st week of June to complete my amps and get my TGA 7401 turned into a Signature model. I am looking at making a change on the preamp, as I will need one that does HT bypass. Just wondering what others are using for preamps with the Carver tube amps. The other thought I had was seeing if Bob and I can figure out how to ad HT bypass to the Classic pre, as this would solve my problems completely.

Any ideas guys as to the best way to proceed?

I run the tube pre also.
had a ct27 on them for a very short time.... el sucko, compared to the tube pre

Sunfire tube pre....its musical bliss

Currently using a Sunfire Classic with my Carver Cherry 305's.

I would love to keep the Sunfire, but not having HT bypass is killing me... I think I will ask Bob if he can come up with an HT bypass option for mine. If he can't, then I think I will be looking for another Rogue Audio.
