I saw some Carver items others might want-

I spend far too much time on the internet. Getting old, and don't have energy for much else i guess. Also have no idea whether or not if this is "the proper forum" to post this . _
Hopefully this site isn't as full of it's self on such things as other sites I've encountered. I won't say which site, as I'd have bad KHARMA if I mentioned them...
Anyway - on Mansfield Ohio CL I saw a pair of 60" plat ribbons offered for $700. maybe a member of this site?
He said most of his gear is personally signed by Bob in his ad...
Also, I saw an ad on DIYAudio(I think...) for a pair of AL-III 48" ribbons, and crossovers with capacitor upgrades for $400 shipped, depending on distance. I have saved his contact information if anyone wants it. Pictures too. I thought about buying the ALIII parts myself, but chickened out.
Those are in tennessee somewhere......

67ih4x4x4 - that had to be the same guy. not just the crossovers, but the plates, etc, right? I think his wife's name was Caroline? They seemed nice people.

So, what kind of shape did they arrive in?

Sounds right , I got the planars , crossovers just rebuilt by rolland and the woofers. They arrived in great shape, the packaging was excellent.
