I don't know much about tubes. At the moment, I only have one piece of gear that uses tubes- and it's broken.

As for OCCD, I definitely have a bad case! I just bought a TX-8r, solely because I like the way it looks! Is that wrong?

Don't call amp mutilators "butchers"- butchers are highly skilled professionals.

Thanks for the pic. But no, I really like the looks of the little TX-8r because it's so cute!

I *do* need a set of rack handles. But 1U Carver gear is rare. The ones from a TFM-6cb should fit, if anybody has some they want to sell...
