AS PER THE RULES, ALL PRIOR YEARS MEMBERS HAVE 1ST DIBBS ON THE CABIN THEY WERE IN LAST YEAR. IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL NOT BE ATTENDING CARVERFEST THIS YEAR TELL US ASAP, SO THAT YOUR CABIN CAN BE PUT BACK IN THE POOL FOR ALL OTHERS TO ATTEND.

As Per Watershed:

May 1st: Forum Deposit Deadline
If you do not have your cabin deposit paid to Watershed by May 1st. your cabin will be placed back on the forum as available to all member. This gives members 8 weeks to change their plans if a cabin becomes available.

July 1st: Group Deposit Deadline
If you do not have you cabin deposit paid to Watershed by July 1st. your cabin will be placed back on the OPEN MARKET as available to the public.

Please let me know what you find out. I was planning on doing a 10-day dibs on that cabin if it was available.

I spoke to Chris this morning and verified the the customer is from Gremany. So unless we have a stealthy German member on here no one knows about, the person is not a CF member. I did not press the issue at all.

I will assume since we had so many people back out this year, and left a few cabins empty they didn't have issue renting one of them out. Could be a friend of a friend... It could be the owners of the cabin.. I don't care. It's none of our business really. It's not like anyone here owns a cabin on the hill.

Guys, its with great sadness to let you all know, that I will not be able to attend Carverfest 2019
due to commitments on the west coast at the same time.

On the bright side, that is going to leave a room open at cabin 6
If anybody is looking for a room, with great host Al & Mel. I would suggest that you
get hold of Al and see what you can work out.

Lets see what happens for CF20.
