Just when you think the lights are out for good a few posts pop up here and there, seems like Carverfest is the only thing keeping this place afloat any more sad to say.

Jeez, ye of little faith. There are some of us out here, but the Fest is THE premier audio event that all others pale in comparison.... like Bob's gear.

Yeah, we're here

Its going to be used equipment when I sell it, so it may as well be used equipment when I buy it.

They have changed the lights to LED so now that the 50 times cost of those bulbs has been amortized, the monthly operating costs are low.

But seriously, this place is as we make of it. Say something technical or about tubes and people with amazing knowledge pop up. Just waiting for something interesting I guess.

I like to learn music and musicians first of all. Then to talk about Mr. Carvers amazing technology. I can go other places, and there are tons of them, for the rest of life. I'd like this place to be about music fun. And to me music is fun.

My dear ol' mother reinforced this to me recently. How since I was little bitty, that music spoke to me. It can completely change the way you feel and what your thinking of. And, as she says, it's worth taking that timeout and enjoying something that talks to you that way.
