(PROTOTYPE) CARVERaudio Interconnects Topic Locked Outdated

Well I just got finished making the prototype ICs I was talking about before. I photoshoped the logo, but you get the idea.

Thinking about a "CARVERaudio" cable line.. what do you guys think ??

Pure Silver Analog Interconnects
Features:
Core wire uses 204 6N pure silver filaments to insure least signal attenuation.
4 layers of damping were deployed to isolate any possible vibration.
Double insulation by alumina foil silver plated OFC braid to isolate any crosstalk and interference.
RCA connector: Locking Platinum plated OFC copper.

Loop Resistence (Ohm/m) 0.004
Parallel Capacitance (pF/m) 48.9
Loop Inductance (per/m) 0.16
Dissapation Factor (@10Khz) 0.0008
Overall Size (mm) 9.3mm Φ

Now, any ballpark on pricing yet?

Been doin' some reading I see. They look great James.
In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.

The best way to enjoy digital music reproduction is to never listen to a good analogue reproduction.

you really want 8" ?? that's pretty short....

I just checked, and it does make a nice tight "U"... so it's do-able

They're for daisy-chaining between the RCAs on this...you think that 10" will work better? It will be diagonally from Main to Surround...

8" will give you 3"-4" span
10" will give you 5"-6" span
