CarverFest Streeming Video

As long as we get a decent WiFi connection this year it WILL HAPPEN !!!
Getting a new CarverFest Toy. Mobile Streaming Video !!! No PC needed

Try it out... tell me if it's working ok ?!?!?!?!

OK. I JUST CHANGED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I only set up 1-7 for now...
You will probably have to install an add-on for IE... to view anything.
My suggestion, reboot your computer, use the names and PW's below, and start from scratch.
If anything pops up to add, or install DO IT.
Most of us can use it, there are a few that can't, and I can't do much to help from here....

UGH!!!
Political Correctness...defined

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Be sure to post the IP address, but in some private place so visitors can't see it.

That gadget have audio as well? :-k
In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.

The best way to enjoy digital music reproduction is to never listen to a good analogue reproduction.

Like you really needed to ask...

If you want the video to be visible from a remote location or from the Internet, you can open an appropriate port on the Router, and then create password protected accounts to manage access to the camera, or leave it wide open for the world to see. Support for Dynamic DNS lets you access your camera using an easy-to-remember "name", even while using a dynamic IP address. The Pan/Tilt and digital zoom function allows you to remotely control the camera movement and focus, giving you maximum flexibility remotely. Up to 10 simultaneous users can have access to the camera at any point in time. Software is included for multiple camera monitoring and recording to your hard drive with advanced search by time and date. Recording can be set up to record by motion trigger, manual or schedule recording and playback on Windows Media Player without the need for a proprietary player.

Well, I tried - didn't see anything! I tried to set up a user name and password for myself. Do you see it?

Re: CarverFest Streeming Video

I see a picture!! Had to click on the tab at the top to "View Video" and I had to install a Cisco Active-X. But comes right up then! Looks a bit dark but with brightness I'm assuming that would be much nicer! Also can hear sound since I can hear the pan motor...and I can control the look angle. Pretty cool....

I think this can be a really cool addition to the CF this year for those that can't get there!!
