SHIRTS AVAILABLE FOR CARVERFEST right logos & great price

I believe he meant the original CarverFest '07 shirts were gray...which they were...

As well as the Carver shirts that I used to get from a friend who managed a store which was a Carver dealer were also gray.

After much thinking we decided not to offer a specific polo shirt. The reasons for this are:
1. There are way too many different priced polos from K-mart to Ralph Lauren. I did not want problems because some people wanted the K-mart priced polo and had to pay for the Ralph Lauren polo or the opposite. I also did not want problems with the few who always want the Ralph Lauren shirt at the K-Mart price.

2. There are way too many different collars, cuts, elastic sleeves, no elastic sleeves, number of buttons, height of collar, fits, shapes, and materials for me to ensure that everyone will like their shirt. With that many variables there will always be problems and I'm not really excited about the possibility of having to pass out sno-cones in an attempt to smooth things over.

I hope everyone understands and can agree that this could turn into quite a circle jerk and I do not want to be the "pivot man". Thanks,

I can take over this task TODAY.....

But I will need the funds sent within 1 WEEK to have it done before Carverfest....

The price will be between $25 and $35 per polo shirt... and they will ALL be embroidered

So far I had planned on BLACK Polo's with WHITE text... If EVERYONE wants Gray shirts with Black or White text I need to know.
One or the other at this point... NO TIME LEFT to piddle dick with colors.

Our POLO shirts will have:
Small " Carverfest 08' " above the pocket area,
Large across the back
and Bob's signature on the left sleeve cuff IN GOLD.

Since I had not heard anything about my 6X size, I had taken steps to get my own shirts done...
I spoke to a few local screen-printing/embroidery shops today. The best sounding deal "for me" was $35 per 6X shirt fully embroidered.
Smaller shirts are cheaper.. $2 less per smaller X size.
I am meeting with the guy tomorrow morning, and possibly going to lunch with him, he is bringing a sample Polo shirt to show me. I will see if I can keep it to take some pix for you guys.
I will have more details tomorrow.....

DON'T DICK AROUND... Once the price is posted, send the funds right away. I have to have a 50% deposit for him on Monday, and the balance when he is finished. We're looking at a $1,200 bill or so, and I can't float it for everyone. So if you don't pay, you don't a shirt at Carverfest.

I do want two XL's. I'll send the money as soon as you have final pricing.

I may want one of these depending on the cost but I would still really like to have a regular "T" shirt like the ones Dreamer came up with last year!

They were excellent. I especially like the word "fanatical". Is anyone going to make them available? I think they would sell to a lot of members who cannot make it to the Fest.

I'm not sure if Rainman is still doing the T's or not.... he needs to chime back in and let us know.

If he's not, we can do some after CarverFest... Time is getting too tight right now to take on anymore little projects.
I wasn't really planning on doing all this... I just wanted a few 6x shirts, and I happened to talk to the guy, the same day Rainman said he couldn't do them... (we got lucky)

I may make a few extra of the Polo shirts as well, and have them available on the main site for sale later after CarverFest too... I dono yet, we'll have to see how things go in the next couple weeks.

I think that black would have the best contrast with Bob's signature in gold on the sleeve, Navy Blue would be a good background too. (if it were offered and anyone wanted that)
