Even the etymology of the word barbecue lends itself to the fact that it did not originate in Australia, nor does it come from the English language. Wikipedia is not reliable for this. IMHO

Hey, didn't Paul Hogan used to say Throw another shrimp on the Barbie? Shrimp are close to crabs, aren't they? And you haven't lived until you've had lobster wrapped in seaweed on the BBQ.

Rick, grilling ain't BBQ. They are 2 completely different methods of cooking. Each has it's merits, and pitfalls. I like them both.

I would love to see one up here in B.C. It's about 100+ miles north of Seattle. Can you imagine how great this could be? Maybe Rolland, Mylinda and Rita could show up as well. That way we could acknowledge their contribution to keeping us up and running through the years.

Mr. Carver lives right here in the Northwest as you all know , and im sure he wouldnt have a problem showing up if we had a CF right here in his back yard , and who knows , maybe by that time he will have his museum open by then . [-o< [-o< [-o<....Also keep in mind the that Sunfire head quarters is in Snohomish Washington...This is where Mr.Carver lives I believe.......Hmmmm...sounds fitting...
