Only 5 CD's? Screw that...........
I'll be bringing my entire CD/SACD collection as well as a few handpicked LP's. We should have 3 TT's at Carverfest and Skip's bringing some virgin LP's as well. I will also have the Nitty Gritty dual sided LP cleaner as well as the "Shark" steam cleaner, an air compressor, "Mr.Magic pad for cleaning the needles and the "Clamp" as well as plenty of LP cleaning solution.
In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.

Re: Which 5 CD's......
I dunno. Good question. Last year we used my 'pooter. This year it isn't coming.
So, who will have a burner? I still haven't heard from Dreamer and he was supposed to bring the Apple lossless blah, blah, blah...so I don't know.
Beauller?

Re: Which 5 CD's......
Oh..mama,thank you sir,, back in the seventies,, I saw Fripp and group(IIRC it was'nt billed as KC),at a small venue in Atlanta called "Richards",,anyway everyone is sitting around gabbing, socializing, and this guy (Fripp) walks out,and starts to play some incredible guitar,,, most of the people there kept socializing(they did not know who he was) and we were shouting ,"sit down,,shut up",,,finally he walks up to the mic and apologizes to the crowd for interrupting their conversations,,, people are now looking at each other with a WTF look,,,fortunately,,they "got" it,,and for the next couple of hours I was taken away on a musical journey--- the guy was waaaaaaaaaaaay before his time.
