Thirt times a charm
Thirt times a charm
I'm so tired after the trip home that I tried to post this twice and I guess if you forget to give it a name it doesn't post.... so here goes #3
I just got back from Fest08 and all I can say is WOW! What a great time and what great people I met.
For those of you who have never been.....all those strange people you know from the internet are actual people..and they are not nuts. Well maybe a little nuts....but in a good way!
I will not try to thank those responsible for fear of leaving someone out. I will say I was delighted with the person Bob Carver turned out to be. So down to earth & generous with both time & gifts. It was a pleasure & privelge to meet & spend time with him.
Tired now I will go.....but I'll be back!

It was great to put faces with the neames for me too.
Big erik, thank you for coming to my defense while I slept.
Now Obi wan you truly illustrate the phrase "Nit picker".
For those of you who don't know the meaning of "nit picker" it is a person who will attempt to pick the fly shit out of pepper.
I missed you OBI, everyone at the fest was nice!

Political Correctness...defined
A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
In a recent press conference, President Obama remarked, "If I had a city, it would look just like Detroit."

I only pick on people I like. Those I don't, I simply ignore ....frankieD wrote:It was great to put faces with the neames for me too.
