Well, I'm pretty sure his name is Rodney ... at least that is what I've been calling him for close to a year now ... Actually, just read the liner notes from Morglbl's album Grotesk and he is credited as Rodney on there.

Morglbl is the name of the French band Rodney "sponsored" (can't think of the real word) this past May; their latest album is called "Grotesk"...they are a kick-ass group of musicians. I got to see them play in Baltimore.

Thanks for the kind words, everybody. I've got to see that video. Did Bob really say that? I was so busy stammering like a fool into the phone I must have missed it! Jesse was kind enough to haul them ever so gingerly back to Maryland for me. I practically ordered him to use them till I can pick them up Saturday. One of my first orders of business will be to find a correct fuse holder for the one without. It seems Bob forgot to put it in before he boxed it up. We had to perform minor surgery on it before testing them at the Fest by hard wiring past the fuseblock. I'd say it has the equivalent of a 50 amp fuse right now.

Oh crap! I think we packed up your amps without removing the fuse jumper! I'd take the other one to Radio Shack & see what they can do for you on the fuse holder.

Sadly, Bob left before signing your amps. I guess you'll just have to drag 'em back to CF '09, eh? OR, you could remove the transformer covera & send to him for signatures.....

So, when Rodney does his review of his new Bob Carver Tube Amps, should he put in the "Carver Review", "Sunfire Review", or "Other Review" section?

Glad you`re back. It was fun to watch you tweaking systems, it was like watching a kid in a candystore. After veiwing the pictures of CF ,and on my wife`s recommendation, I`m going to bring you a set of "Tweaker Pads" for your knees next year.

Just got off the phone with Bob, and he was asking if the amps were shipped yet? and what he thinks of them if he got them yet ??

He also said he needs an address to send you a manual, and a few other extra parts for changing the setting on the amps if needed.

Please tell Bob that the amps are still with me, still boxed up. Rodney and I had plans for him to come over, but my illness decided it wanted top billing. We'll get it worked out soon.
